We combine the skills of a Discovery Channel survivalist, a Mr. Beast Survival alum, experienced outdoor guide, a certified First-Aid instructor, and even a MAC MUA to ensure your look stays flawless during every elopement—constantly monitoring the weather, terrain, timing, and the well-being your wedding party. If you have a specific date in mind, we'll help identify the best locations and experiences available during that season. If your location is the priority, we'll recommend the ideal dates based on weather, trail conditions, crowds, accessibility, and the experience you're hoping to have. Once your vision is clear, we'll help you select the package that best supports your day and officially lock in your date and location. This phase gives us the foundation for everything that follows.

CUSTOM PLANNING AND LOGISTICS Turning the Vision Into a Plan Using everything we've learned, we create a detailed, printable itinerary for your entire experience. This includes: • A personalized timeline for the day • Route and location planning • Activity scheduling • Weather and contingency considerations • Photography opportunities and lighting recommendations We'll also review all gear requirements and create customized packing lists for both you and your guests. If any specialized gear or supplies are needed, we'll guide you through the acquisition process and help ensure nothing is overlooked. By the end of this phase, you'll have a clear roadmap for your entire elopement experience.

FINAL REVIEW & READINESS CHECK Ensuring Everything Is In Place As your date approaches, we'll conduct a final review of your itinerary, logistics, and packing plans. Together we'll confirm: • All required gear has been acquired • Packing lists have been completed • Guest responsibilities are assigned • Transportation and timing are finalized • Weather and backup plans are reviewed If you're bringing guests, we'll provide individual printable itineraries and checklists so everyone knows exactly where to be, what to bring, and how they can support your experience. This final check-in allows you to move into your elopement knowing every detail has been thoughtfully prepared.

Their day began quietly before sunrise, with guests following detailed itineraries and programs while everything came together behind the scenes. This allowed the couple to step into their wedding day with a calm, intentional start—free from distractions, timelines, and logistical stress. As the sun rose, they exchanged heartfelt vows fully present in the moment before the day naturally shifted into celebration: champagne, tequila, laughter, music, dancing, and meaningful surprises shared around the fire.
This couple booked our Full-Day Experience with only three weeks' notice. Because they were local, we intentionally expanded their experience beyond the wedding day itself, including both an engagement session and their elopement day. They were even invited to join me while scouting locations, allowing them to receive engagement, adventure, and elopement photographs—all within the same package investment.
The only things they knew for certain were that they wanted to hike, include their pregnant Maid of Honor, and get married on December 24th, with forecasts calling for up to 20 cm of snowfall. We were able to recommend a location that felt wild and adventurous while remaining safe and accessible for everyone involved. It delivered the experience they envisioned without requiring excessive travel or difficult terrain.
