Our Private Membership Advantage

Here’s how it actually works:

A.C.E. Expeditions has invested in an annual private aviation membership that gives us access to thousands of private jets flying empty (known as repositioning or “empty leg” flights). These jets are already scheduled to fly from one city to another without paying clients on board.

Through this membership, we are able to bring our couples along as guests at no cost to you. This is a legitimate and established model in private aviation — many companies and high-net-worth individuals use these exact flights to travel affordably.

That means you get to fly private, for free, with unlimited luggage and no TSA lines. If the aircraft has extra seats available, we can also bring 1–2 witnesses or close family members at no additional cost.

We’re masters at packing full camping and adventure gear. Our most recent prep included a 50-person survival challenge on Mr. Beast. Your dedicated photographer and guide was voted team lead.

Most traditional full-weekend destination elopement packages run $9,000–$13,000 without any private jet. We deliver significantly more luxury and convenience.

Flexible Departure – We Come to You

A.C.E. is willing to travel up to 4 hours to meet you at a regional airport closer to you. The private jet is then selected based on the best aircraft for your departure airport and destination.

Your 3-Day Expedition Timeline (Friday–Sunday Style)

Most couples love this proven rhythm, but we happily customize it shorter or longer:

• Day 1: Private jet departure → stress-free arrival. Everything is already set up when you land.

• Day 1.5–2: One-and-a-half full days of immersive elopement coverage — your ceremony, golden-hour portraits, and real adventure time.

• Day 3: Relaxed morning + commercial return flights (booked easily through our membership app or on your own).

Accommodations & Meals Policy

Your $10,500 investment includes all camping, backcountry setups, and meals during the active expedition days when we’re camping or glamping.

If you prefer luxury hotel accommodations:

• You cover the cost of the photographer/guide’s hotel room (single occupancy) and meals for the nights we stay in lodging.

Flexible Extensions & Impromptu Honeymoons

Want to stay longer? We’ll happily help you book additional hotel nights and return flights. You simply cover any extra nights and your commercial flights.
