    Thank you for booking an overnight desert camping experience with ACE Expeditions! I’m excited to guide you and your son through an unforgettable evening in nature.

     Your trip is scheduled for this weekend: Saturday evening to Sunday morning.
    I’ll arrive around 4:30 PM Saturday to help you get fully set up, and I’ll depart at 8:20 AM Sunday after sunrise photos and morning sendoff.

    Your experience includes:
     A hand-scouted dispersed campsite (primitive, no amenities)
     Custom gear & food packing lists tailored for the Phoenix desert climate
     Leave No Trace and fire-building instruction
     Safety screening and expert insight from a kinesiologist partner
     15+ professionally edited digital photos of you and your child
     Full on-site guide support from setup to sunrise

     Please note: For the safety of all participants and our team, we kindly ask for a quick identity verification after completing the client form. This step ensures a safe and respectful experience for everyone involved.

  • 🛑 Cancellation & Refund Policy – ACE Expeditions

    At ACE Expeditions, we put significant time and care into crafting each client’s experience — from scouting locations and preparing custom itineraries to planning food and gear recommendations. Because of this, we have the following cancellation and refund policy in place:

    🔸 Deposits

    • A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your trip.

    • This deposit covers:

      • Time spent scouting and preparing your personalized trip

      • Blocking out guide time and services

      • Development of your custom itinerary and packing lists

    Deposits are non-refundable, but they may be credited toward rescheduling your trip for a future date.

    🔸 Cancellations & Rescheduling

    • We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.

    • If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred once to a new date within 3 months of the original trip.

    • If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to show up, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be credited or refunded.

    🔸 Final Payments

    • The remaining trip balance is due at check-in on the day of your experience.

    • Payment options: Cash or Venmo at arrival.

    🔸 Weather-Related Cancellations

    • In the event of extreme weather or safety concerns, ACE Expeditions may offer to reschedule your trip at no extra charge.

    • We’ll work with you to find a suitable alternative date.
